What I have to offer you is the opportunity to create a sense of peace and balance in your life. I work with you to improve your lifestyle, health and wellness, no matter where you are on your wellness journey. With holistic coaching, we work together to find ways to improve your health while considering the 6 pillars of lifestyle medicine: sleep, stress, movement, avoiding toxins, nutrition and social connections.
By working on these areas of your wellbeing, we co-create sustainable goals for you to conquer that will lead you to the ultimate end result. Every little bit of action leads to big changes. Every step you take towards your goal is a step forward, no matter how long it takes you to get there.
There are times we all feel stuck and unmotivated in life, unsure of how to start or worrying about the time it will take to get there. Sometimes all we need is insight to get moving with that action. It’s in all of us, we just need to discover that it’s there, and realize what our reason is for wanting these healthful things in our life. What’s your “why?”
